I went to Europe and ate a lot. The bread fresh food, and pastries were amazing. Although we walked a lot I still ate a lot of stuff. We were in Croatia and Hungary. They love fried food. Lots of fried meat. So now I am back dieting aand exercising. My daughter's wedding is the first weekend in September.
78.5 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
