Last week was a lot of bad eating as there have been some family problems come up as of late. Missed a few days at the gym to take care of things. Today I have a doctor's appointment to see how my tests went last week. It just seems like it never ends, but just gotta keep going. Hope everyone is doing well and keep up the great work.
116.6 kg Lost so far: 37.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
