oof i have done very poorly on my diet and have gained back all i lost
i could really use some help
86.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 24.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week

You need to recharge and re-motivate yourself. Start a new plan that you can get excited about. Take a workout class or start some new exercise that you think you might enjoy. Buy some fitness magazines and read them t motivate you. Plan some small non food rewards for every 5 pounds you lose. You can do it.
