I was worried about TOPS weigh. Did better than I expected lost .6 0f a lb. Tied for weekly best loser. Want to do better next week.
99.2 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 31.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
