I hoped for more but am glad that I have lost would like to be under 80 by the end of the month lets go!!!
85.3 kg Lost so far: 28.7 kg.    Still to go: 12.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You can do it B.... I once heard that a healthy body is 75% food and 25% exercise Stay strong because anything worth having is worth working hard for!
