So 200 calories every 2 hours was unsustainable. It lasted 3 days. Now I'm trying 400 calories every 4 hours. I do believe this is sustainable long term.
88.3 kg Lost so far: 13.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
