It was very hard not to weigh-in for one day, and the reward is sh*t
100.2 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.4 kg a Week

Just keep going. The scale doesn't always tell the truth because of fluctuating water weight. I rode my bike 2 hours one day and thought I would see a nice drop the next. I was up 4 pounds. It was just my sore muscles retaining water. I can eat out and stay within my caloric intake and still see a gain from all the sodium in restaurant food. If you are on plan, then it will go away. Look at your chart. your doing great. Those little gains are all a part of weight loss. Tomorrow you can be down 2 pounds.
