Today is the last day of my 'Lose 24 lbs in 12 weeks!' challenge. I lost 10 which was my goal. I knew 24 would be too hard but 12 would have nice. I was pleasantly surprised I was down this morning since I was out Tues plus worked late yday and missed workout again. I must go today. December is tough... let's continue on and hope for the best.
69.9 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Wow, 10 pounds is great! Congratulations! I agree 24 is a big number and unless they are the 24 first pounds it takes more than 12 weeks to lose them. I hope you can get your workouts in this week!

10 lbs is amazing. I've only lost two, total, since May. We'll get there. We just need to keep plugging along.
