Another loss. Phew!

This week was anxiety filled so I exceeded my RDI several times. I made myself exercise this week and especially hard yesterday (got 30,000 steps in!) to compensate. Today I start anew, mindful of better coping strategies for stress -- cleaning, exercising, listening to music, petting my cat, coloring -- instead of eating!
66.0 kg Lost so far: 16.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
