This has just been a bad week. My 5 month old has contracted chicken pox - which I'm pretty sure he got from me since I have a rash that the doctor now confirmed is shingles. The family stress has just been overwhelming the past few months, so I guess my body is letting me know!
I have not exercised this week, so I really did think that I would just maintain, but a gain of 1.5 was not expected. Especially since I weighed in at the doctor's yesterday at 170 and was fulled dressed and had eaten. I'm thinking I put too much salt on my kale chips last night and maybe I'm retaining some water. I might weigh myself tomorrow just to see if there's a change.
My main goal for today is to drink more water and exercise when I get home. I'd love to be able to set some goals for next week, but right now it's just one day at a time.
