Not surprised at the weight gain because my arms and thighs are looking ripped. Definitely some muscle-building has occurred. I have been doing some HIIT and weights training. My clothes do not feel any tighter. So I am not sweating this weight gain (pun intended lol).
63.5 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
