Diet was a little sketchy this week - but walked more than usual, so things seemed to even out. I'll take it :-) When I started this process and was moaning to my son that a hundred pound loss seemed like an overwhelming goal, and it would take me years to do it, he responded "Well, a year from now, you'll feel worse if you DON'T start the process now, won't you?"
