So, eating whatever I want while continuing to exercise is not going to simply maintain my weight. I need to stop rewarding myself for getting to my goal before I blow up again.
78.0 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 6.4 kg a Week
