From what I have read, the first week on a LCHF diet there is a big water weight loss. I guess that is what I am experiencing. I am drinking a lot of water. I am finding this diet so far, to be a little uncomfortable.
80.7 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 24.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
