Started intermittant fasting. Fasted last week Sun night-Tues night, ate 1299 cal Tues evening. Fasted again Wed-Fri night. Ate 1400+ cal Sat and Sun. Monday morning I was at 166.6. Began fasting again from Sun night... Felt cold Mon, so consumed broth and 1T Coconut oil. Same Tues.
75.7 kg Lost so far: 44.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
