Yesterday was almost all bread...I don't know what happened...it's like something overcame me for the whole day. It happened after swimming-I had my car and needed to go to the post office. I drove by the bakery, and I stopped in there..bought 2 things instead of one as I needed to use my credit card and one item was too little to ring through...then later at VIC mart they had samples of the bagels...I bought 3 bagels as they come in 3s...none left today! Let's begin again today...on my period and feeling miserable...
85 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
