Based on my food intake and lack of exercise I am pleasantly surprised that I lost two pounds and have almost reached my all time low in weight. If one wants to think over 300 lbs. and a BMI of 38 is something to brag about! NOT ... but still losing weight. Thanks to everyone here at FS for the kind words. Maybe harsh words are what is needed now to keep going down to that elusive below 300 level.

Exercise is unnecessary, don't kid yourself to thinking you can outrun a bad diet, or that you can't lose weight if you don't exercise. You ate your way into this...now eat your way out :-)
