Good News! Ate like crap and no exercise and went back down to 157.5 lol. I guess my idea of eating really bad, isn't really all that bad anymore. Pizza and wings Friday, Five Guys with some homemade cookies later, and Old Chicago Pizza today. Strange, but I will take it. I am still pretty mindful of my overall caloric intake, so I guess that helps... We'll see if it catches up to me this week.
71.4 kg Lost so far: 37.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
