I always start the day off okay, but then it spirals into a frenzy of snacking and overeating. Mostly on the weekends though. I am going to have to unlearn this behavior again. Sigh.
72.3 kg Lost so far: 23.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

One trick is to fill up on low calorie items -- I like cucumber for that.
