I'm so upset with myself. I have been letting my cheats become more often a lil here a lil there and Sunday (Mothers Day) I went crazy! Then yesterday I cheated again, that sugar has got a hold of me and now I have to detox again. What sucks is that I will always struggle with this I know but seeing the weight back on upsets me like mad. I'm so disappointed that my will power went out the window and then weak right after that. But I got back on track today and have been feeling sluggish and ucky, from the sugar and white stuff I'm sure. Today was a new start and I prepped a lot of food again so as I can reach in the fridge and pick good stuff instead of whats in my face! Yeah me! So I needed to be true to myself yesterday and get some feedback from you guys but I felt like I just couldn't I was so depressed. Today better so here I am and ready to hear some advice and kind words xxxx Kitty
