Quite a lot of over the recommended amount yesterday...about 500 calories or more as hard to quantify all things...swimming today, but tired and not motivated...luckily it's a class so there is more motivation to go then if on my own...my body is saying "rest" today though...
84.5 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I did go swimming...resting now...I really need to be walking more in general to and from places...taking the car too much...one step at a time...changes need to be slow and integrated into life style

Yes, I agree all our good exercise/eating habits have to be intertwined into our daily (i.e., minute by minute) lifestyle. Your getting there!

Thank you...yes, I find I really have to track things in order to get on top of them...it builds my awareness too...like money, constant monitoring is needed until one can do it second nature...Thanks for your encouragement! ♥
