well - past two days been up 3 pounds. Have to think it is the salt but who knows ... not great eating habits, lack of gym due to new job, and not counting all my calories, I suspect. Working on crashing the diet with low days and keeping my weekly average down below 1850, if possible. Hope everyone is doing well.
74.5 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Comments 
Extra sodium and carbs will cause a quick gain for sure, but it's water. I've got a similar thing going on and for me I know it's primarily carbs and some sodium. Low calorie days to adjust should do the trick I would think. Hang in there and have a good one!
