I am pleased with my weekly results! I still lost a 1/2 lb and I didn't get to exercise very much this week. Between the hubby having some evening meetings and me stopping to shop last night, exercise just hasn't fit in. The weather didn't help either - I would have just walked at lunch, but with the cold rain we've been having it just wasn't going to work.
I should be able to work out today and hopefully take the baby for some walks this weekend.
