Over this weekend I have gained. Most, if not all of this, I attribute to having eaten out for a single delicious meal. While it consisted of sole, mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables..it was too calorie rich. So back to a more restrictive diet.
78.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
