Another day no drop... Ugh at plateaus. Gym early again this am. Upper Body day..And cardio... :) Back after work for another hour of Cardio... Feeling fit these days even if I am not seeing the scale drop.

Ugh at my body, thinking Im supposed to be at this weight... While I can live with it, I want to drop more!... I know exactly how you're feeling girlie!
