I'm far from perfect but somehow I managed to lose a pound last week. Even with going out for supper & beer last night. So, pleasantly surprised & happy.
70.3 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
