250 pounds was a big milestone for me. It's been a long time since that was my weight. Well, it coincided with my first paycheque from my new job, and we had to drive into the city to pick it up before going grocery shopping. That started with fried chicken for lunch and take home sushi (from our favourite Asian supermarket) with a craft beer for supper. I'm not a big drinker anymore and it was my first alcohol since New Year's, to make a long story shorter, I went a bit off the rails and have been bouncing up and down around the 250 mark for the week. I'm finally below my previous low and am determined to keep going. I'm going to really watch my distractions. I no longer want to be who I was.
Thanks all,
John

You had your treat, now you're back on track. Nothing wrong with that. Stuff happens.

Each new day is a new chance. I think it is important to face temptation (for me a piece of cake at the office this week) to solidify your resolve to choose to eat and drink that which makes you feel healthy.
