running 25 flights of stairs (round trip) at least once a week. running 2.5 miles on treadmill at least once a week. weight lifting and core moves at least three times a week. Seems to be working when combined with a daily calorie limit of 1500
76.5 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
