Two weeks ago, shopping day, I made the decision to mainly BUY non-processed foods. So I mainly purchased meat, vegetables, a few condiments, eggs, cheese, nuts, fruit, etc. Two weeks later I have lost 4 lbs and do not suffer the evening binge eating fests I used to experience! It's definitely been boring for my taste buds, but not as difficult as I thought. I admit I do have a little chocolate after dinner, and have had a "cheat" day each week, just by living life (not on purpose). I am hoping to keep this up as I feel it is healthier (although I find myself tired) and much less expensive than living on processed foods. I based it around The Doctor's Diet, and I'm still on the STAT plan.
