I was always a thin until my 30's then the weight has just seemed to steadily increase. I have a love of carbs, especially baked goods. I have the hardest time controlling my urges to eat in the evenings when watching TV - always getting up for something to eat, even after a big dinner. I should loose 40 -50 lbs. I was doing well dieting, then all the sudden I have put on 15 lbs in the past few months (which sucks) as I have been eating what I wanted durring this time. Now it's time to get serious and learn how to eat what my body needs again rather than what I want.

I am an animal lover, and as you can see Dobermans are my soul mate breed. I also have Min Pins & Cats. I am a crafty / artistic person enjoying photography, wood crafts, scroll sawing, polymer clay, and much more I am in the process of learning crochet & jewelry making.
