After a week of being away I knew I needed to get back here. Yes, I lost weight but I didn't eat well this weekend and didn't do much for exercise. I can only guess how well it could have been.

Stay strong everyone and keep you head high!
72.9 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
