Only down one pound this week. It is a real pound, though, and so I will take it. I also measured myself. Not too much change - mostly my legs - but that is really where I have put in the most time at the gym. Cardio on the treadmill. The truth is, I feel better and that goes a long way.
Lots to do today. I already have the passports taken care of as well as a trip to the grocery store and Home Depot. New yard tools and a dolly will go along way toward moving the huose into a better state. I want to try to get some packing done this weekend and that dolly will come in handy as we start to move some of the heavier stuff around.
I am going to keep this short so that I can get out there and paint and clean up the back yard. Woohoo! Go!
