Oof, that's better. Thanks to advice from the FS community I started watching some things other than calories - the sodium intake in particular was much better this week (thanks Frank!). STILL need to get off my @ss and move my body more - the relatively new running shoes I have are not comfortable, so I think I need to just accept the fact that they were a mistake and get a different pair. If they hurt - I won't wear 'em. I'm a hedonist, after all (hence my presence here! ;-) My general attitude going through life has been "If a little is good, a lot must be better", and "No pain...GOOD!" Apparently I need to adjust my thinking along with my diet :-)
