I can eat what I want, but in small portion and must stop eating when I am comfortably full and don't eat until I am hungry, not starving, but hungry. My goal this week is to really honor my hunger cues in the evening times. I find it amazing that I have hunger cues every 3-4 hours. So, I guess there is some truth about eating 4-6 times a day when you eat small portion.

My second goal is to increase my water intake by listening to thirsty cues vs hunger cues. I don't want my main drink to be diet soda.

My third goal this week is to continue being fed by the Lord, listening to Him and treat my temple as the way he wants me to treat it. He gave me this body, perfect in his eyes. My I glorify him with this gift. He has given me strenght and wisdom in this process. Thank you Lord for your faithfulness.
