The new goal i set with my friend is be below 100 and my friends magic weight is being below 70... that means 3 kilo for het and 4.4 kilo for me.
The reward is still a sauna together ... hmmm looking forward to it!
i really hoped to have lost some more... it seams if i set a goal it is not easy to reach... i will do my best today to stay within the 1800 boundarie, but if tomorrow i have not lost anything, i will start eating less then 1700 (i should actually do that around the 99 kilo.)
