Second time at the gym today, and my muscles are sore already. I know it's been 2 days only, but I feel great doing something I postponed for months.
Had a great time in Istanbul 2 weeks ago, it was an amazing trip and trust me, turkish food is delicious! I admit I overate, but thank God we walked at least 6 kilometres each day, so I didn't gain much.

Anw, fitness instructor told me we're gonna focus in cardio during the first month, to burn fat and then we're gonna proceed with strength exercises to boost my metabolism. Not gonna lie, I am obviously out of shape: my abs hurt like a motherf*cker when I do crunches, I can't even lift my upper body part enough yet, but I hope it will get better soon.

73.6 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Suzy, I'm glad you don't know all American words. lol The one I hate most is lifting my legs parallel to the floor on those bars. That is a awful ab crunch.
