This weekend did me in - not eating badly, just eating out since we were out of town. With the bad weather, walking was not as much of an option since we were stuck inside. There was lots of napping and TV watching!

I've also changed my RDI to reflect my needs as a nursing mother. My supply has gone down since I've been keeping my calories to 1800. I upped the RDI to 2000 and now expect a loss of 1/2 pound a week. This will slow down my weight loss, but it's the best thing for my baby right now and I will feel better knowing my supply is back to where it should be!
78.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
