This is the result of emotional eating while traveling with a chronic sick elderly parent....2 weeks of no loss!!!

107.0 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg. Still to go: 34.5 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 0.6 kg a Week
