Yawn . . .
Not sure why I even do a weigh-in. It's always 200 pounds, give or take a pound. Of course, I'm not doing anything special either. I just do it because, well, I always do it!

Well, that means you've learned how to maintain and THAT is an accomplishment. It also means that if you decide you want to lose more, you need to change up what you're doing... :)

Sometimes even doing similar things in a different order (more reps, lighter weight, heavier weight, lighter reps, add in something totally new, etc) can confuse your body into letting it go. Hang in there!

Thanks newnormal . . . I'm not all that interested in changing what I'm doing. I work out with weights MWF, do cardio TTS - religiously. But, I DO enjoy the pre-dinner cocktail, the wine with dinner, and maybe a post dinner cocktail or sip of straight stuff. I know this is where the empty calories are coming from. But at 70, I have no illusions about getting back into my 34's. Ha. I think I'm more into enjoying my life than trying to look like the bodybuilder I was just out of HS. Sigh . . .
