This weightloss journey continues to amaze me! I was preparing for a small loss, if any, because I only worked out 3 times this week and I ate a small piece of cake at my baby's first birthday party (on a non cheat day)! It seems that this week, the less I did the better it was for me. I'm taking it as a fluke though, and I am anxious to get back into my fitness routine in the coming week! Also, I hit my mini goal of pre-pregnancy/wedding weight! That's cause for celebration!
