I am feeling good and happy about the progress. I am a little ahead of schedule in my weight loss so I am expecting a fluctuation or to be stuck a weight for a week or two. But for now I am enjoying fitting into some clothes I haven’t worn in long time!
Meanwhile, I haven’t told anyone at work of my efforts and no one has noticed yet (or they haven’t said anything.) I wonder how much weight you have to loss till it is noticeable to others.
96.4 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 32.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Good job, people we work with see us everyday, so they don't notice when we lose weight until it's a very big difference. One day someone will say "Are you losing weight?" and you can just say "Do you think so, I hadn't really noticed." lol. Again, congrats! :-)
