Hangin' in at 162 for the last few weeks.Have dipped below as well, but keeping it between 162 and 165 works for me. Ill take it! Birthday over the weekend so I dis a little birthday dining, nothing too extreme, but really enjoyed it. Beautiful coll Autumn walking weather. My favorite time of the year.
