Doing a challenge this month
No
bread, rice, potatoes
red meat
pork
alcohol
sugar
drinks with sugar

so far working well I have substituted beans for carbs...
127.5 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 6.3 kg a Week
