Well I'm at 170 now. I believe 150 is my ideal weight. I am going to lose 20 pounds by starting a no card diet. I'm looking now for no carb recipes. I walk on my treadmill 4 days a week for 20 mins. I must stay focused.
77.1 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week
