Did you have a lot of salt yesterday? (Perhaps ate out at a restaurant?) THAT will do it OVERNIGHT! It's only water weight. It will go back to where you were in probably a day.

try almond milk, much less sugar but tastes pretty good.

Good thing I'm lactose intolerant now. I used to drink milk every day, sometimes several times a day as a kid. I was so chubby. Now all I drink is distilled water and sometimes spring water (depending on the location of the source spring).

I only use almond milk now, sometime coconut milk....but I'm crazy about it, much better the almond milk!
My problems are Greek yogurt and Cottage Cheese....I eat too much of them and they contain sugar, my cravings go crazy when I consume sugar :-(
