My back is all better although, my nerves in butt/hip are still bad. I ended up getting an ulcer from taking so much ibuprofen when my back went out. I am taking an antacid to help with that. It is improving pretty quickly. I am so happy my weight went down. Without working out and eating pretty bad some of the days I was laid up it was a nice surprise . I am going to ease back into exercise with walking and a lot of stretching and exercises to strengthen my piriformis muscle. Have a nice weekend!
65.8 kg Lost so far: 24.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yup - sore piriformis muscle - been there...it will get better though!

That sounds like a good plan, I know I have arguments with myself, as to when to workout my knee, the smart one, says later, my friend.
