Scale hasn't budged and yet I am eating wayyyyyy less.

So annoying. I hate this.
68.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Notice how your clothes are fitting. When the scale doesn't move, you can usually see it in your clothes being more loose.
