Huh. Interesting turn of events. I've had stomach troubles for 5 years now. My new diet (gluten-free, dairy free, low sodium and sugar) pretty much solved it.... until today. I accidentally ate gluten and my symptoms came rushing back with a vengeance.
90.4 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 26.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
