Weighed in 3 days now 170-1/2ish
SO I'm doing another weigh in as this is where I'm officially at now.
I've done several days oF weight /scale testing or testing the scale...
It went form 178 down to 170 one day. 8 bls!!! So, I think (to me) it's clear to say scales are a double edged sword...they tell the truth and lie too.
scales will tell your weight you weigh but does not cover the muscle weight you added or how much food you ingested that day, wait ,yes it does! It reflects all of that and that's where the lie or what most people perceive is one... you see the number go up, without actually taking into account how much dense new muscle is and how much your food you ate that day weighs, But the scale does in the simplest form, a nice round total of weight and then shows you that total. Ok, today is a refeed day 2880 cals I will weigh one more round tonight after it all and again in the morning, then I'm back to using the tape, I took a week off to see how this scale thing would play out, I'm right scales wrong tape is awesome cheap fat calipers on eBay for $3 are good too, mines coming soon then we'll really get down to what's what.

I use fat calipers and a tape measure...and my clothes, too. The scale is the "Idiot Box" to me. GOOGLE an article titled, "Why the Scale Lies" - you will laugh.

I looked into that fat caliper... I think I'll wait ... I think I might break it currently lol .... you're doing good! love the motivation. .. you get all hyped up and them I want to be .. so I find myself actually exercising lol..
