Since joining fatsecret I've lost a little over 3 pound. Keeping a food journal which includes calorie content helped. Exercise is my next step.
104.2 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 36.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
